Hot-Tots is a home-based e-store in Thornhill, Ontario.  The site was launched in the fall of 1998, shortly after the birth of my first child.

Shipping - All orders over $100 will be sent free of charge within Canada and the United States.  Orders less than $100 will be charged $5 flat fee.   If shipping is remote, an additional surcharge will apply of 1/2 the cost over $12.  Small items that fit in a letter-envelope will be a flat $3, example swim suits.

*Western  provinces - Due to high postage costs, there will be a flat $3 added (manually) to all orders in B.C., Alberta, Manitoba, NWT and Saskatchewan (above the $5) -- OR remote areas in Canada.  Orders over $150 will be free of ALL postage (except for over-sized).   If a small order fits into an 8 x 12 envelope, there will be no surcharge.

In-stock items will be shipped within 2 days.  Please allow 1-3 weeks for out-of-stock items.

Returns - Merchandise will be refunded or exchanged if unopened in original condition within 30 days.  Shipping costs not included.
